Updated 28 October 2026
This policy sets out the standards for job listings and career information published by the JobsLive team.
Who publishes listings
The JobsLive team manages publication. Public employer registration and direct employer submissions are not currently enabled. A listing should identify the employer where available, role, location, relevant requirements, and a clear application method.
Sources and originality
Prefer original employer recruitment pages and clearly identified sources. Provide a source link where available, summarise information in our own words, and respect copyright and permission requirements. Do not present copied job boards or rewritten articles as original reporting.
Accuracy and limitations
Check material details against the source before publication and distinguish confirmed facts from information supplied by others. Do not invent vacancies, salaries, hiring partnerships, reviews, recruitment outcomes, or verification claims. Publication does not mean an employer or role is guaranteed genuine.
Dates and closed vacancies
Include an application deadline when the source provides one. Use listing expiry controls and update, close, or remove a vacancy when there is reliable information that it is no longer available. Readers should still confirm current availability directly with the employer.
Fair and useful presentation
Use clear titles, country and career categories, meaningful role descriptions, and application instructions. Avoid misleading clickbait, unrelated keywords, discriminatory content, and promises of guaranteed employment or immigration outcomes.
Advertising and sponsored material
Advertising and sponsored content must be distinguishable from ordinary job information. Payment or an advertisement must not be presented as independent verification or a guarantee of a role. Commercial relationships should be disclosed where relevant.
Corrections and rights concerns
Readers and rights holders can email careers@jobs-live.com with the page link, the disputed information, supporting details, and a way to reply. Material inaccuracies should be corrected or removed following review. Suspected fraudulent listings should be reviewed promptly and restricted where appropriate.
Accountability
Career articles should identify their author or editorial responsibility and provide a date. Claims needing current evidence should use credible sources. Automated tools do not replace editorial checking or responsibility.
